Dating back to the previous century, the Marzavas family planted the very first olive trees that today represent the path from tradition to perfection. All of our groves are privately owned and are situated around the village of Thisbe, Boeotia, today known as Thisvi.

Our family has always respected mother earth’s greatest gifts and we have remained true to the old traditions of our ancestors.
Our olives are hand-picked early with the utmost care, and pressed the same day to ensure the olive oil’s remarkable intensity of flavour and premium quality.
Thisbe Megaritiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil is of limited production and has a rich, fruity aroma, light texture, and golden-green colour, maintaining all the natural & valuable components extracted from the fruit.
