Dating back to the previous century, our ancestors planted the very first olive trees that today represent the path from tradition to perfection. All of our olive groves are privately owned and are situated around the villages of Thisbe in Voiotia and Vrinena, Thessalias with close proximity to the sea.  Our family has always respected mother earths’ greatest gifts and we have stayed true to the old traditions of our ancestors cultivating our land with the utmost love and care. Our olives are hand-picked early and pressed the same day to ensure the olive oil’s remarkable intensity of flavour and premium quality.
